What is EFT?


" EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques (sometimes called Tapping) and, in essence, it is an emotional version of acupuncture, except we don't use needles. Instead, we stimulate certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips."  Gary Craig, founder of EFT.

What can it be used for? 


Whilst we tap, we focus in on the issue, pain, memory, situation that needs to be solved, or the feeling that needs dissolving. 
EFT is used for so many reasons. It is a magically effective, fast, and incredibly gentle therapy that really can be applied to anything. It is so gentle that it can be used on new born babies.
